This home was created as a relaxing oasis for our friends and family to unplug, unwind and just...breathe. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 level cottage on the same block as the Harrison Street Beach access in Cape Canaveral.
Our beach is perfect for fishing, swimming, sunning, walking or watching rocket launches.

Creating this oasis has been a labor of love--and we are so very excited to share it with you! This is a very special rental limited to our circle of friends and family.
There are many outdoor gathering spaces: the front seating area, the back upper deck, the lower patio, and the whole side yard. Feel free to spread out or hang a hammock.
There are three parking spaces for you marked by our unique and fun teal ocean waves!
Upon entering the front gate, you will find a shaded seating area with an outdoor shower for post beach cleanup, as well as cute nautical cleats to allow your towels to dry.
When you enter the home, the living room invites you to sit down and rest. The [soon to be installed] faux fireplace insert to give you the feel of a cracking fire on those rare December nights when it is chilly in central Florida. Of course, we have central air, but all of the main rooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool.
While we prefer to limit guests to 4 people the living room is a sleeper sofa and linens are in the top floor bedroom closet. You have plenty of towels to use in the house and at the beach--as well as a cooler and a few other things to make your stay easy and perfect!
The bar height dining room table seats four and we have all of the plates, glasses, utensils, bake ware and cookware --no need to worry about any of that!
The full sized washer and dryer is located on the main floor as well.
Past the kitchen is the main floor bedroom with a queen sized bed and adorable ocean blue detailing! Slide open the pocket door to reveal your bathroom complete with tub.
Open the french doors into the spacious and private backyard where you can grill lunch or just relax in the sun.
Upstairs, you will find a king sized bed with a cocooning egg/swing chair. The oversized tile shower is a treat for sore, tired muscles. Unwind at the end of the day on the upper deck and watch the many walkers, joggers and bicyclists cruise by.
The beach is literally steps away with a small boardwalk. The water here is clear and there are no sharp boulders or anything like that as there are in the beaches farther south. Enjoy the ocean waves and salty water. If you are extra lucky you will get to see a rocket launch! You can find a list of Cape Canaveral launches HERE.
As if all of that is not enough, you can walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier in about 15 minutes. There are many delicious restaurants within a few miles--including a fresh orange juice and Florida wine shop. You are close to the Cape Canaveral City office, the public library, the police station, and a few blocks away a brand new community center is under construction--you have everything at your pleasure!
We LOVE pets but there are NO pets allowed on the premises.
